FIRE DAMPER ETCE
The ETCE fire damper is designed for installation in a wall or floor passage on a circular duct. The casing of the damper is made of hot galvanised sheet steel and the damper itself – of fire resistant calcium silicate. The fire damper is mounted within the fire compartment construction element in accordance with the installation manual. It is equipped with a Veloduct connection, which guarantees a tight installation on the cable.
ETCE electrically operated dampers have passed the durability test of 10,000 cycles (opening/closing) and can also be used for comfortable ventilation.
The use of electrically operated dampers allows the use of the automatic test function (via the FICO monitoring and control system) and the smoke detector based actuation system. The motor is equipped with microswitches for the open and closed positions.
